Give Hornet Juice and Chia seeds combo a try

Matthew Doyle: I have started adding Chia seeds to my Hornet Juice. As a result I can train even longer and dont feel hungry. Ran a 10miler last Saturday and then played 3*20min games of beach tag rugby and felt great afterwards. Didnt eat anything from 8am till 9pm, Wasnt hungry and had lots of energy plus recovered VERY quickly. For best results steep the seeds in the hornet juice mixture over night so they really take in the juice.. AMAZING!!!!
